Dr. Teresa Flateby has been active in the field of assessment for over fifteen years. She received a Ph.D. in Educational Measurement and Research from the University of South Florida where she was the Director of Assessment before forming an assessment and faculty development consulting firm. Prior to her assessment position, she was the Director of Evaluation and Testing, also at USF.
