About The Speaker
Christina Riggs is the Vice Chair of the Higher Education Practice Group at Saul Ewing LLP. She concentrates her practice on critical issues of compliance, policy, and liability, particularly those associated with the Clery Act, Title IX, and student conduct matters.
Christina has handled large-scale proactive and reactive internal investigations of Clery compliance, ranging from single-campus institutions to large university systems.
She routinely counsels institutions on Clery compliance issues, provides on-site or web-based training, offers guidance on ASR preparation, and develops internal policies and procedures for campus-wide compliance.
Christina graduated magna cum laude from Lehigh University, and magna cum laude from Villanova University School of Law, where she was Order of the Coif and served as Chairperson of the Moot Court Board.
She is an avid runner and triathlete and has completed numerous multisport distance events including Ironman Lake Placid.
