John Snodgrass has been in higher education administration for 29+ years, of which 23 were in the position of Registrar. John has delivered literally hundreds of FERPA presentations and workshops over the years, at institutions, state and regional association conferences, national association conferences, and national audio conferences and webinars.
- John was asked to present the pre-conference workshop "FERPA: Beyond the Basics" three consecutive years at the AACRAO annual conference along with multiple FERPA sessions, has presented "CSI FERPA" interactive sessions multiple years at the PACRAO annual conference (and will do so at the AACRAO conference this year), as well as regional and national sessions related to the new federal FERPA regulations.
- John is currently the Associate Vice Chancellor for Student Services with Brandman University, a member of the Chapman University system; previously he served as the University Registrar for Chapman.
